For over 20 years, I've designed experiences across physical and digital spaces—from helping people navigate places to helping them navigate complex products. The medium has changed, but my focus hasn't: making it clear where to go, what to do, and what comes next.

Today, I'm a Principal UX Designer at ADP, guiding design for RUN (Human Capital Management platform for small business). I build shared tools and practices, coach designers, and stay hands-on. My work includes ADP Assist and a component library that grew to 65 components and more than 129,000 inserts in one year.

Before RUN, I designed desktop and mobile experiences at ADP Retirement Services and mobile experiences at Samsung. Earlier roles at Two Twelve and CVE Design (Entro), and a BFA in Graphic Design from RISD, shaped my approach to information architecture, accessibility, and clear communication.
